We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to promote CADMATE (www.cadmate.org) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. A technical background or familiarity with CAD software will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for CADMATE solutions.
• Identify, approach, and engage potential clients in the construction, architecture, engineering, and design sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to provide valuable insights to the company.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and address client concerns effectively.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote CADMATE and generate leads.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Experience in the CAD or software industry is a significant advantage.
• Strong sales acumen with proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical understanding of CAD software or related tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
