We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our clients team in Makkah.

The Treasury Manager will oversee the financial health of the organization by managing cash flows, liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk. The role involves ensuring effective treasury operations to support the companys real estate development projects, optimizing capital structures, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and forecast cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and projects.
• Develop strategies for optimizing cash usage and minimizing idle funds.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
• Negotiate and secure projects financing, loans, and other credit facilities.
• Ensure compliance with loan covenants and other financial agreements.
• Implement and oversee treasury systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee treasury controls and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks.
• Implement effective internal controls for safeguarding financial assets.
• Prepare periodic cash flow reports, treasury dashboards, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for treasury-related audits.
• Work with senior management to align treasury strategies with the companys financial goals.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, such as real estate project financing and capital structuring.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CTP, or CMA (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
• Proven experience in managing banking relationships and securing project financing.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.
• Excellent understanding of local and international financial regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
