We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lawyer in Riyadh, with a background in intellectual property and 3-5 years of legal experience to join our legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of IP matters, including prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement, and litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on all aspects of intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and designs
• Draft, review, and file legal documents and contracts
• Represent clients in disputes, enforcement actions, and administrative proceedings
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on local and international IP laws and regulations
• Support IP audits, due diligence, and risk assessments

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law from a recognized university; additional certifications in IP are a plus
• 3-5 years of legal experience, including at least 1 year focused on intellectual property
• Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia
• Saudi nationality (required)
• Strong knowledge of Saudi and international IP laws and procedures
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
