Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective foreign trade strategies to increase global market share.
• Identify new international business opportunities and lead market expansion efforts.
• Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including documentation, shipping, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and trade agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with international clients, vendors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and customers.
• Monitor currency exchange risks and coordinate with finance on hedging strategies.
• Work closely with internal departments such as sales, logistics, finance, and legal for smooth trade execution.
• Analyze trade data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Handle any disputes or issues related to cross-border transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in International Business, Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in international trade or export/import operations.
• Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, HS codes, and global trade compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in trade management software and MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
