Site Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to our piling projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising staff and subcontractors

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

- Coordinate with engineers and other stakeholders to resolve site issues

- Implement and maintain site safety and quality management systems

- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager in piling and shoring works for contiguous, secant, soldier beams, diaphragm wall, stone columns, grouting, soil improvement.

- Proven track record of successfully managing construction sites

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Must have a minimum of four years Civil Engineering bachelors degree from a reputable university.

- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
