About the Role:

We are currently seeking two experienced Inventory Controllers to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing material movements, and ensuring the warehouse operates safely and efficiently. This role plays a critical part in our supply chain, supporting smooth operations and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and issue materials accurately in line with company procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound materials.
• Operate handling equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Update inventory transactions using Maximo or other ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments and sites for material dispatch.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse conditions.
• Monitor and report on stock levels and discrepancies.
• Assist in logistics activities including customs, SABER, and local freight.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Support audit processes and complete corrective action items.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Maximo or similar ERP systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Good understanding of safety standards and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (a plus, but not required):

• Experience working in industrial or power plant settings.
• Familiarity with SABER and customs clearance processes.
