Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in fit-out works and modular-based construction, particularly with strong exposure to working with EPC companies. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator in English, with a technical understanding of engineering solutions and a strategic mindset for capturing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target EPC firms, consultants, and contractors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in modular construction and interior fit-outs
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with engineering/design teams to tailor solutions
- Represent Petroraq at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, project pipelines, and competitor activity
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including revenue generation and lead conversion
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts to management
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of B2B sales experience in construction, modular buildings, or fit-out services
- Strong understanding of EPC workflows, project life cycles, and procurement structures
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals in the construction or infrastructure sector
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with giga projects (NEOM, Red Sea, Qiddiya) is an added advantage
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented personality
