‏إعلان وظيفة: موظف خدمة عملاء - الرياض

‏تعلن احدى الشركات عن توفر فرصة وظيفية بمسمى "خدمة عملاء" للعمل حضوريًا في مدينة الرياض.

‏تفاصيل الوظيفة:

‏الراتب: 4500 ريال شهريًا.

‏ساعات العمل: من الساعة 5 مساءً حتى 1 صباحًا (8 ساعات يوميًا).

‏الإجازة: يومان في الأسبوع.

‏المهام الوظيفية:

‏1.استقبال اتصالات العملاء والرد على استفساراتهم وحل مشاكلهم.

‏2.الرد على العملاء عبر الواتساب والتعامل مع استفساراتهم بفعالية.

‏3.رفع التقارير اليومية للإدارة عن سير العمل.

‏4.متابعة الطلبات والتأكد من تنفيذها بالشكل المطلوب.

‏المتطلبات:

‏مهارات تواصل ممتازة.

‏القدرة على التعامل مع العملاء وحل المشكلات بكفاءة.

‏إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج التواصل.

‏الالتزام بساعات العمل المسائية.
