مهام مسؤول المستودع في مجال مخابز :

1) المشاركة في إعداد الإجراءات الخاصة بالمخازن مع ممثل الإدارة لنظام الجودة ومدير تخطيط توكيد الجودة

2) اقتراح الإجراءات التحسينية والعلاجية والوقائية التي من شأنها تحسين أداء العمل بإدارته

3) إصدار القرارات المناسبة في حدود سلطاته والتي قد تكون سبباً في تحسين الأداء

4) إقتراح الموازنة التقديرية المناسبة لإدارة المخازن في حدود حاجات الشركة

5) إصدار القرارات المناسبة لكيفية التخزين بما يتوافق مع طبيعة المخزونات

6) إجراء جرد دوري للمخازن كل ثلاث شهور ورفع نسخ منه لكل من المدير الإداري، والمدير التنفيذي، وممثل الإدارة لنظام الجودة

7) رفع تقرير أسبوعى إلى المدير الإداري لبيان ما تم إنجازه وما تم تأجيله مع بيان السبب

8) الإشراف على عمليات الاستلام والتخزين والتوزيع والصيانة.

9) تخطيط الإعداد وضمان الاستخدام الامثل للمساحات المتاحة.

10) التأكد من ترتيب البضاعة بالشكل الصحيح داخل السوبرماركت والمستودعات ووضع بطاقة بيان عليه بحيث يسهل الوصول إليها دون عناء.

11) التأكد من عرض المنتجات وفق تاريخ صلاحيتها لبيع البضاعة الاقدم ف الاحدث.

12) التأكد من سلامة التخزين في المستودعات ووجود وسائل السلامة ضد الحريق.

13) التأكد من تهوية المستودعات للبضائع التي تلزم ذلك.

14) التأكد من وضع بطاقات تعريف للمستودعات ومحتويات كل مستودع.

15) تطوير السياسات والإجراءات في مراكز البيع والمستودعات.

16 ) إدارة وتنظيم وقت عمال المستودعات وتدريبهم.
