Job Summary
Were looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Business Development Specialist with strong communication skills and presales awareness to help grow our client base and translate business needs into tailored digital solutions. This is a commission-based remote role, ideal for professionals with strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and a desire to work independently and earn based on results.
Role Overview
This role combines lead generation, client communication, and presales support. You will work closely with our technical team and leadership to help shape and present proposals, manage early-stage client interactions, and drive deal conversions — particularly in the Saudi market.
Were seeking someone who is both strategic and hands-on, able to work in a commission-based model during the first stage and transition into a broader role with a fixed base + commission upon proven performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, mainly in the Saudi market
- Understand client needs and translate them into tailored digital solutions
- Collaborate with the technical team to propose accurate solutions
- Prepare professional proposals and quotations
- Conduct solution walkthroughs and online demos
- Develop and maintain client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Assist in defining project scopes and timelines based on client discussions
- Participate in creating marketing content relevant to software and digital solutions
Required Knowledge in Digital Solutions:
✅ Awareness of software development concepts such as:
- Mobile app and web app development workflows
- Agile methodology, sprints, and MVP planning
- Common technologies: Flutter, React, Django, Firebase, APIs
- SaaS vs custom development models
- CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and fintech solutions (a plus)
✅ Ability to:
- Understand and explain the benefits of digital transformation
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Read and interpret business requirements and convert them into technical feature lists
✅ Requirements:
- 3+ years in business development, sales, or presales within the tech industry
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic (Saudi dialect preferred)
- Familiarity with software services, IT solutions, or digital products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and flexible with remote work schedules
Location:
- Remote work - Preferably based in Saudi Arabia, or with proven sales experience in the KSA market
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position.
You will receive a competitive commission on every signed deal or closed contract.
The model is designed to reward performance generously, with the opportunity to expand into a leadership role as results are proven.

Pay: ﷼200,000.00 - ﷼500,000.00 per year
