  • Manage all areas of finance, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and analysis.
  • Develop and implement internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for financial activities.
  • Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics.
  • Review and improve financial reporting systems, ensuring robust internal controls.
  • Provide guidance to other organizational units on accounting, budgeting, and efficient resource utilization.
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.
  • Assist the executive team in achieving revenue and cost objectives.
  • Lead and develop the internal accounting staff within the Labs product line.
  • Contribute to the financial strategy of the Labs product line.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager within the physical constraints of the job.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management.
  • Manage and oversee the financial reporting process for assigned regions or business units.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of general financial accounting principles.

  • Prior experience in the Oil and Gas service sector is mandatory.
  • Prior experience working with teams through shared service setup
  • Statutory tax experience is preferred.
