Position Overview:

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to ensure smooth warehouse operations, oversee inventory management, and handle regulatory compliance, including SABER certification. This role is vital for ensuring timely shipments, accurate inventory, and the efficient flow of materials.

Job Description:

1. SABER Certification and Logistics

• Apply for and manage SABER certification, ensuring timely submission of accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with conformity bodies for certification approvals and SADAD payments.
• Register items in SABER, verifying HS codes and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers, Customer Service, and stakeholders to fulfill SABER registration needs.
• Monitor clearance processes and compliance for registered and non-registered items.
• Manage shipment bookings and coordinate with freight forwarders for smooth delivery.

2. Warehouse Operations

• Operate forklifts for loading, offloading, and material arrangement.
• Pick and pack orders with accuracy to meet customer requirements.
• Verify shipment quantities against purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, conducting regular stock checks.

3. SAP and Inventory Management

• Perform goods receipt and outbound shipment tasks in SAP.
• Generate picking lists and execute stock transfers and physical stock checks.
• Review SAP transaction history for accuracy and audit purposes.
• Create purchase orders and maintain inventory reports.

4. Other Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with documentation, delivery instructions, and duty payments as needed.
• Collaborate with teams across logistics, operations, and customer service functions.

Successful Applicant:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

• High School Diploma; certification in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a warehouse environment with hands-on SAP experience.
• Proficiency in SAP, SABER certification processes, and regulatory requirements.
