المهام الوظيفية :

• إتقان مهارات التواصل مع العملاء وكسب ودهم.
• الصبر على أسئلة العملاء وتقدير آرائهم.
• المبادرة بشرح العروض المتوفرة وتوجيه العملاء للمكان الصحيح.
• الطلب من العملاء تقييم عن طريق (QR CODE )
• إتقان مهارات الإقناع والتفاوض.
• دراسة منتجات المتجر ومميزاتها، والخيارات المتوفرة من كل منتج وما يميز كل خيار عن الآخر.
• القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط في أوقات الذروة والمواسم.
• مهارات حل المشكلات وفض النزاعات .
