Supply Chain Supervisor

Duties and responsibilities:

Develops and oversees the implementation of all policies and procedures related to purchasing and supplier contracts.

- Monitors and analyzes supply trends to ensure pricing, quality, and consistency, and proposes appropriate supply sources.

- Proposes purchasing budgets based on each departments needs and previous trends.

- Sources price quotations from several suppliers and prepares a shortlist of the most appropriate offers to facilitate the selection process.

- Maintains accurate records of suppliers, contracts, pricing, and invoice information.

- Monitors purchasing, delivery, and closing of the purchasing cycle in accordance with contractual terms and specifications.

- Manages negotiations with suppliers regarding product quality, pricing, specifications, payment methods, and duration.

- Monitors warehouse procedures and operations, and ensures product storage in accordance with the departments established system.

- Works on all customs clearance procedures, from the initiation of the order to the receipt of the product at customs.

- Manages supply and demand according to department requirements

- Experience: 4 years in Supply Chain
