Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and implementing Operations and Maintenance department plans aligned with الشركة objectives.
• Develop and implement operations and maintenance policies and procedures.
• Manage daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Prepare and monitor the operations and maintenance budget.
• Lead, develop, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
• Coordinate with technical departments and related parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

Experience

• 7-10 years of experience in operations and maintenance.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and budget management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate and manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in operational systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
