Role Description

This is a full-time on-site المنصب for a Sales Executive located in Jeddah. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, meeting sales targets,
promoting our specialized transportation services for Hajj and Umrah
and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research to identify sales opportunities, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and effectively communicating the value of products or services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients, particularly in the Hajj and Umrah travel sector.
• Manage and grow existing accounts.
• Present and promote our bus and transportation services effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in transportation, tourism, or Hajj/Umrah services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Jeddah market and Hajj/Umrah travel industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
