Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of experience who are eager to build a career in IT solutions sales through direct customer engagement, field visits, and active business development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers.
Actively promote and sell the الشركة's IT solutions and services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to support proposals.
Maintain accurate records of customers, leads, and opportunities.
Support the achievement of assigned sales targets and growth objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, MIS, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a field-based, customer-facing role.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in sales.
Computer skills (MS Office), with the ability to write professional emails and communicate effectively through business channels.
Preferred
Interest or awareness of IT solutions, technologies, and vendors.
Understanding of the sales cycle, with a natural aptitude for sales.
Good command of English.
