Sales Account Executive – WMS Solutions

Experience: 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within logistics technology, SaaS, warehouse automation, or supply chain solutions

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related fields.

Language: Strong English is required; Arabic is preferred

Our client is a well-established, international provider of supply chain and logistics solutions, supporting organizations with warehouse and transport execution technologies and related consulting services across the Middle East. The business is expanding its commercial footprint in the Kingdom and is building a dedicated local sales capability to accelerate growth and customer success.

About the Role

As a key member of the Middle East commercial team, the Sales Account Executive
supports growth by engaging prospects, managing day-to-day sales activities, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Working closely with the Sales Account Manager and internal cross-functional teams, the role helps المنصب a leading portfolio of warehouse and logistics solutions as the preferred choice for regional businesses.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads across target industries in the region.
  • Support the Sales Account Manager in opportunity development, including proposals, presentations, and product demos.
  • Manage small-to-medium accounts independently and support large account activities led by the Sales Account Manager.
  • Gather customer requirements and collaborate with pre-sales/technical experts to create accurate solution configurations for: WMS (LFS), WCS, TMS, LYDIA Voice, and related services.
  • Participate in customer meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely responses to inquiries and documentation requests.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: update pipeline activities, track interactions, and ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct market research to identify new segments, prospects, and relevant industry trends.
  • Support tender/proposal writing and coordinate internal approvals prior to submission.
  • Prepare sales presentations, case studies, and tailored introductory materials for customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (consulting, implementation, operations, customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding post-closure.
  • Represent the organization professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events alongside the Sales Account Manager.
  • Assist with forecasting, reporting, and sales performance updates for regional leadership.

Requirements & Skills

  • Basic understanding of warehouse/logistics operations with strong interest in deepening knowledge of supply chain technology.
  • Exposure/interest in WMS/TMS, voice picking technologies, logistics digitalization, or IT-based solution selling is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to build trust and engage professionally with customers.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization; able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools to support structured sales processes.
  • Collaborative working style and strong coordination skills across functions.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for customer visits and events as required.
