As a Lead Client Accountable Executive, you'll be at the forefront of managing multi-region or national client relationships, transforming the healthcare landscape across regions and countries. As a Lead Client Accountable Executive, you will:

  • Manage client relationships whilst also serving as the critical point of escalation, ensuring swift resolution of high-level challenges that demand executive attention. 
  • You will advocate for the client will as you champion their interests while nurturing partnerships that extend beyond the ordinary.
  • Guide our engagements with clients, harmonizing strategy, messaging, and delivery to ensure a seamless and impactful experience
  • Elevate the client's reference-ability, proactively showcasing the value of their relationship with us.
  • Chart the course for current and future solutions through strategic road mapping sessions, aligning with the client's vision to enhance citizen health outcomes.
  • Drive the sales process from inception to closure, consistently exceeding sales quotas and expanding our horizons.
  • Establish best practices for client profitability, streamlining processes from invoicing to contractual interactions.
Responsibilities

What You Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field 
  • At least 6 years in sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • Experience of building relationships at C-Suite level, and with senior clinicians
  • Fluent in English and Arabic

Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
  • Saudi National
