Job Description

To deliver the healthcare services partnership functions and supporting healthcare partner projects to drive the healthcare partner pillar of Bupa Arabia

Healthcare Services Activities

  • Liaise with medical and non-medical staff internally and externally to ensure quality healthcare service for our members.
  • Conduct outbound calls to our members based on specific defined and approved criteria to deliver healthcare services projects and programs.
  • Receive Inbound calls from our members based on specific defined and approved criteria to deliver healthcare services projects and programs.
  • Deliver Healthcare services projects based on specific defined and approved criteria.
  • Maintain and update a database and tracker of all issues raised and members touched.
  • Conduct follow up on open cases to ensure optimal members recovery and issue resolution.
  • Answer medical queries from CS, Delegates, etc.

Healthcare Projects

  • Support the delivery of healthcare projects of our members for all healthcare projects and initiatives launched

Healthcare Service Excellence

  • Maintain high level of quality in delivering Healthcare Services activities and projects to our members.
  • Work in improvement and enhancement ideas to uplift quality of service levels.
  • Support members requests from different channels (e.g. Mobile App, Email, Face to Face, etc) within the agreed KPI.
  • Receive Helpline Inbound calls from both Bupa Members and Non-Members to deliver Healthcare Services projects based on specific defined and approved criteria.
  • Collaborate with different functions in Bupa Arabia to deliver the company strategic objectives.
  • Conduct Outreach programs to promote healthcare partnership and wellness agenda.
  • Participate in Healthcare campaigns, such as Breast Cancer, Chronic Disease Management Programs etc.
