Finishing Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor with expertise in finishing works, decoration, and landscaping. The ideal candidate will oversee the final stages of construction projects, ensuring high-quality finishes, timely completion, and compliance with design specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate finishing works (interior/exterior), decoration, and landscaping activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor material usage, wastage control, and workforce productivity.
• Conduct inspections to identify defects and ensure corrective actions.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and clients to resolve finishing-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• Arab National (preferred for visa processing in KSA).
• 10+ years of experience in finishing, decoration, and landscaping.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and quality standards.
• Valid Saudi driving license and own car (mandatory for site visits).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
