Role Description

The MEP Quantity Surveyor (Revit) will be responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and cost reports using Revit software. The role also entails cost planning, cost management, and effective cost control for construction and engineering projects. This is a full-time on-site المنصب based in Riyadh, requiring collaboration with the project team to ensure the achievement of financial and project objectives within budget and timeline.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques for MEP projects.
• Expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation using Revit or similar tools.
• Strong Cost Planning and Cost Reporting skills to manage and predict project expenses effectively.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Relevant industry experience, with MEP systems knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role within large-scale construction or engineering projects.
• Experience must be 7 years after graduation.
• Experience must be in Revit
