Role Purpose:

Lead and oversee the software development team to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Accountabilities:

1- Strategic Leadership;

• Define the software development strategy in alignment with business objectives., Mentor and guide team leads in best practices and technology trends., Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

2- Project Management;

• Oversee multiple software development projects from inception to delivery., Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget., Implement agile methodologies to enhance team performance.

3- Team Development;

• Recruit and retain top talent within the software development team., Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback., Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.

4- Stakeholder Collaboration;

• Work closely with product management to define software requirements., Communicate project status and technical challenges to senior management., Engage with external partners and vendors as necessary.

5- Quality Assurance;

• Implement best practices for software quality assurance and testing., Establish metrics to measure software quality and team performance., Conduct regular code reviews and audits.
