Role Summary:

To ensure machines availability for smooth operations and compliance with cGMP and safety standards. Schedule and adhere planned and unplanned maintenance activities. Assist line manager for short- and long-term task/projects and take directions to accomplish goals. Direct to subordinates to achieve assign task results on time and work on their development, and to provide trainings of pharmaceutical processes and disseminate knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Assist line manager and engineering department to implement the الشركة safety standards andsecurity systems in coordination with other departments. Follow and facilitate to maintain the safety,health and industrial hygiene policy of the الشركة.
• Perform RCA and make systematic controls and procedures to avoid chance of re occurrences of theissues and making efforts, providing support to implement new controls, procedures, policies.Working to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness and availability of machines for production.
• Coordinate and deal with users/stake holders to develop cross functional team culture. Deliver trainingand working on improvement of team members and production machine users.Ensure Operational Excellence culture is promoted, and OE tools are understood and regularly practicedon shop floor.
• Assign work orders, Plan and coordinate with user/area owners to execute and complete وظائف, closemaintenance orders and notification on time. Schedule and adjustments of duty roster as per productionplan and requirement.
• Support validation department for machine qualification activities execution of FAT, SAT, I/OQ.Working on quality/engineering deviations and CAPA. Update machine maintenance SOPs and checklists.

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of experience in Electronic /Instrumentation engineering .
• Good understanding on Pharma cGMP especially Good Engineering practices.
• Proficient in oral & written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting of Pharma machines, maintenance procedures, PLCs, DCS and SCADA, switch gear panels, VFD drives, AC/DC Servo Motors and drives, Instrumentation and controls, software and automatons experience for smooth operations of the plant.
