Rotoflow Aftermarket Project Manager - KSA (DSC)

Responsible for project execution with engineering support for spare parts, repairs, upgrades, reverse engineering, and field service of turbomachinery.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Proposal Managers to receive assigned orders and develop and implement execution plans covering execution, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage and execute orders and projects concurrently in different phases - order intake, execution, shipment, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
  • Maximize revenue recognition and take necessary actions to address planned vs. actual gaps.
  • Provide regular communication to internal and external stakeholders and customers regarding project status and nurture relationships that drive sales.
  • Lead and guide the execution team, setting objective priorities to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Manage changes on projects to keep them on track and meet financial and customer targets.
  • Provide feedback on lessons learned to other functions, ensuring continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Technical degree (BA/BS/BEng); mechanical or industrial engineering background preferred.
  • Project Management Experience - 5+ years preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and organize engineering teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is beneficial.
  • Detailed knowledge of rotating equipment/turbomachinery, accessory systems, and related services is a plus.
  • Goal oriented, self motivated, highly organized, with strong winning spirit and ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent creativity, problem solving, and decision making skills, including escalation judgment.
  • Aptitude and desire to learn quickly.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to continuously improve and eliminate unnecessary barriers or complexities to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to create an environment of trust and consistently exhibit a positive attitude.
