Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven AI Outbound Sales Specialist to build and scale our outbound pipeline using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-driven prospecting platforms. Your role will focus on identifying qualified leads, running multi-channel outreach campaigns, booking meetings, and supporting revenue growth through structured outbound systems.
You will work closely with the founders to optimize messaging, targeting, automation, and conversion rates.
Tasks
Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns using Apollo and similar tools.
Identify and qualify leads across key industries including beauty clinics, restaurants, retail stores, and event companies.
Create and optimize cold email sequences and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Use AI tools to personalize outreach at scale.
Track KPIs including open rates, reply rates, booked meetings, and pipeline contribution.
Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate lead tracking.
Continuously test and improve messaging and targeting.
Support closing by qualifying prospects before handoff or directly closing smaller deals.
Requirements
Experience using Apollo or similar outbound prospecting tools.
Strong understanding of cold email strategy and deliverability best practices.
Experience with CRM systems.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve conversion metrics.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Previous B2B sales or lead generation experience preferred.

Compensation Model
Draw Against Commission: 2,000 SAR guaranteed draw covered by your الأول 2,000 SAR in sales.
Commission: 30% commission on revenue generated beyond the target.
Trial Period: الأول month performance evaluation to ensure strong fit.
