About the Role

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of our school based programs across the الدولة. This includes leading the execution engine that connects product design, curriculum delivery, tech platforms, people, and physical infrastructure into a seamless student and teacher experience.

This is a high impact leadership role. You will oversee daily operations, manage the PMO function, and collaborate with Product, Learning, Platform Ops, Experience, Schools, and Facilities teams to ensure that every classroom runs on time, every launch is executed to spec, and every school is ready to scale.

This role is for a structured, action oriented operator who thrives on building systems, leading teams, and solving problems at speed.

What You Will Do
  • Own & Manage Daily Operations
  • Ensure smooth day to day running of all Tracks programs across schools, including scheduling, resource alالموقع, platform execution, and staffing inputs.
  • Lead the execution rhythm across school teams and regional ops teams, tracking performance and resolving blockers in real time.
  • Monitor school level metrics and dashboards to ensure on time, high quality delivery across academic, logistical, and experience dimensions.
  • Lead the PMO Function
  • Design and run a Project Management Office to deliver cross functional initiatives related to Tracks operations.
  • Own the delivery roadmap for launches, pilots, process improvements, and system upgrades in partnership with product, learning, and platform teams.
  • Track and manage execution dependencies across teams, holding stakeholders accountable to timelines and standards.
  • Cross Functional Execution
    • Product (platform tools and features)
    • Learning (curriculum and calendar alignment)
    • Platform Operations (schedule integrity, technical implementation)
    • Experience (student and parent journey execution)
    • Schools (regional managers and school leads)
    • Facilities (classroom readiness and support)
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with all counterparts and ensure clear information flow and aligned priorities.
  • Operational Process Design & Scaling
  • Identify and fix operational pain points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
  • Design and roll out playbooks, SOPs, checklists, and operational cadences for scaling across regions and formats.
  • Ensure every process is repeatable, measurable, and ready to scale.
How You Will Do It
  • With systems thinking - you'll see across moving parts and design structured processes to keep them aligned. With urgency and discipline - you'll act fast, track progress relentlessly, and keep everyone accountable.
  • With collaboration - you'll connect deeply with all teams, from school staff to tech and curriculum leads.
  • With continuous improvement, you'll track what's working, fix what's not, and keep us moving forward.
What You'll Bring Strategic Operations Leadership
  • Proven experience leading operations or high complexity service delivery in education, EdTech, or operations heavy & excellent execution driven environments.
  • Strong track record in building and managing cross functional operating systems across departments.
Project & Program Management Expertise
  • Deep experience running a PMO or managing large scale, cross functional initiatives with accountability for delivery.
  • Familiar with tools like Gantt charts, retrospectives, OKRs, and issue tracking systems.
Execution Discipline & Process Design
  • A builder who loves documenting, streamlining, and scaling operational processes.
  • Clear thinking and structure, with the ability to translate chaos into an operating rhythm.
Cross Team Collaboration
  • Skilled at working across Product, Academic, Tech, and Delivery teams.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and align stakeholders in high ownership environments.
AI Native Mindset
  • You actively use AI tools to optimize workflows, enhance operations, and design tailored solutions. We see a clear AI leverage, where AI is core to the solution, not as an afterthought.
