المنصب Overview

As a Project Supervisor - Traffic Management, you will lead the field execution of transportation system installations, ITS infrastructure, and on‑site quality control across major projects in Riyadh. Your role involves supervising site teams, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards, and managing workflows in dynamic project environments. What You’ll Do
  • Supervise and coordinate daily field activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Plan and execute work schedules, site mobilization, and resource alالموقعs for efficient traffic system implementation.
  • Oversee installation of ITS components, traffic signals, and integration of transportation technologies.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to verify quality, flag nonconformities, and ensure compliance with contractual standards.
  • Maintain regular reporting on site progress, risks, and corrective actions to project managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies for field coordination.
  • Manage change control procedures, approvals, and field documentation.
  • Promote continuous improvement in safety and field operations through regular risk assessments and feedback loops.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience supervising field operations for transportation or public infrastructure projects.
  • Hands‑on experience with ITS systems, traffic signal deployment, or integrated field technologies.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC protocols, safety standards, and inspection processes.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools like MS Project or Primavera P6.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for resolving site issues and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory (written and verbal).
