Leverage your expertise and join the dynamic team of a leading Saudi telecommunications الشركة.

As a Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will lead and oversee the الشركة's overall operations, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives. You will play a critical role in driving performance, scaling operations, and enabling sustainable business growth.

Key Accountabilities

The المنصب involves:

• Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the الشركة, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across all functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the الشركة's vision and long-term business objectives.
• Drive organizational performance across a business with approximately SAR 300 million turnover, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Oversee cross-functional departments including operations, commercial, finance, and support functions to ensure alignment and synergy.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational frameworks to ensure targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements and telecommunications industry standards.
• Lead transformation initiatives, process improvements, and digital optimization to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team and board on strategic planning, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Oversee risk management practices to ensure operational stability and business continuity.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high service quality and operational standards.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA is highly preferred).
• Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (COO, Operations Director, or equivalent), preferably within telecommunications or large-scale organizations.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and driving business performance.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Extensive leadership and people management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership and boards.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
