• Ensures possess through knowledge of different airlines galleys.
• Responsible for loading/offloading of High Loader/aircraft while loading galleys should ensure the loading diagram/procedures are followed very strictly.
• Checks flight requirement, loaded in High Loader and ensures that they are secured and are in perfect conditions.
• Provide assistance to driver in marshaling/de-marshaling of High Loaders to and from aircraft.
• Ensure all Safety, Security and Hygiene regulations are very strictly followed while loading / offloading aircraft.
• Ensure reporting on duty on roster timings and in proper uniform.
• Ensure that defined unauthorized items are not offloaded from Foreign Airlines aircraft.
• Ensure polite and submissive attitude when talking to customers.
• Ensure that offloaded food is not consumed.
• Ensure understanding of various airlines major equipment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
