The Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist) is a key contributor to delivering high-impact, personalized fitness solutions using Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology. This role centers on conducting comprehensive client assessments, designing tailored training programs, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal results. The trainer is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and client satisfaction while driving engagement, retention, and transformation outcomes. With a strong focus on service excellence and evidence-based training, the role plays a vital part in enhancing the overall quality and reputation of the fitness service offering in المملكة العربية السعودية.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client assessments to determine fitness levels, goals, and health considerations
  
• Design and implement customized EMS-based training programs aligned with individual client needs
  
• Monitor client progress through regular performance evaluations and adjust programs accordingly

• Proven experience in personal training, with demonstrated expertise in EMS-based training systems

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills
  
• Ability to adapt training programs based on client feedback, progress, and changing needs
  
• Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to safety, ethics, and client service
  
• Proficiency in English (required); Arabic language skills (preferred)
