Job Description

We are looking for a management and economics specialist to support the administration by ensuring efficient workflow through the preparation and monitoring of plans, budgets, and financial analysis and the conversion of data into practical recommendations based on institutional goals.


Job Purpose

Taking on management and economic tasks by preparing plans and budgets, monitoring costs and waste, conducting financial analysis and performance indicators, to provide management with reports and support decision-making with data.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing and monitoring monthly budgets

  • Planning and organization

  • Financial analysis and costs

  • Performance Indicators Analysis

  • Analytical and administrative reports

  • Data modeling and dashboards

  • Improving waste and tracking costs

  • Providing recommendations for improving performance and decision-making

  • Accuracy and punctuality

  • Effective communication with stakeholders

  • Rapid learning and working under pressure

  • Excel and Google Sheets

  • Reports and Budgets

  • Preparing analytical reports

  • Financial and cost analysis

  • Data modeling and reports

  • Fundamentals of Accounting
