Shared Services & Government Relations Lead

Tasamy Full-time Riyadh, المملكة العربية السعودية (On-site)

Saudi nationality is required for this role.

Tasamy for Impact is hiring a Shared Services & Government Relations Lead to own our licensing, government relations, HR operations, and administrative services, and to support our clients in establishing and licensing their entities in المملكة العربية السعودية.

This role keeps the الشركة's registrations, people processes, and day-to-day operations organized and moving. It combines office-based coordination with regular field visits, and it suits someone who closes things rather than tracks them.

What you will own

• Tasamy's registrations, licenses, permits, renewals, and official submissions through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, Etimad, Balady, and other platforms.
• HR operations, including employee records, contracts, onboarding and offboarding, leave, and payroll inputs with finance.
• Office and administrative services, including suppliers, procurement, quotations, equipment, telecommunications, and maintenance.
• Supplier registration and prequalification with clients and government entities.
• Invoices, payment certificates, collections, and supporting documents with the finance team.
• Client support on establishment and licensing in المملكة العربية السعودية: investment licenses, commercial registrations, branches, nonprofit entities, endowments, and activity permits.
• Coordination with lawyers, accountants, translators, and other service providers.
• Every request tracked from requirement to completion, with clear updates and no missed renewal dates.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of full-time, paid, post graduation experience, excluding internships, cooperative training, and volunteering.
• Direct experience in government relations, licensing, administration, or HR operations.
• At least one الشركة establishment, licensing, or government registration process managed end to end.
• Hands on experience with Saudi government and business platforms.
• A valid driving license and the ability to travel within Riyadh.
• Excellent Arabic writing and professional conversational English.
• Strong ownership, and exceptional attention to names, dates, documents, and deadlines.
• Experience with investment licensing, international clients, or the nonprofit and endowment sector is a plus.
