Duties & Responsibilities:

  • In charge of daily production line arrangement and attendance reporting
  • Reporting and responsible for production line hourly output & rejection
  • DHRs maintain fill and closure of report.
  • Review and arrange material for the production floor.
  • Daily audit of order and cleanliness in key areas (5S)
  • Production log report (scrap, order, etc)
  • Control of materials and finish goods released by QC and send for shipments.
  • Generation of disciplinary actions to operator when required.
  • Support in safeguarding and posting of documentation (MAPs, APs, etc.) where required.
  • Support WIP control on production floor
  • Escalation and generation of maintenance and repair orders
  • Follow-up to MTRs
  • Support and / or participation in activities related to improvement projects.
  • Checks and makes sure staff abides by the dress code and PPE.
  • Receive, train, and certify new direct operator (Induction course support)
  • Work in shift pattern (day and night shift rolling)
    • Any reasonable task assigned by Superior from time to time

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • SPM with 3 years working experience in manufacturing.
  • Basic computer literacy
    • Basic English literacy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft office knowledge
  • MRP & Agile management knowledge
  • Knowledge experience in electronic manufacturing
    • Holding STPM, Diploma or Sijil Kemahiran would be advantageous

Education:

Minimum SPM or STPM, Professional Cert [Sijil Kemahiran] or equivalent
