Job Description:

Spearheading complete project operations including construction planning, requirement gathering, Stakeholders engagement, implementing across project, KPI analysis and deploying cost- effective measures as per organizational objectives.

Implement site management, site activities and preparing look ahead program in-line with baseline.

Manage staff, workers and subcontractor workers on the project works.

Review and implementation of planning sequences and methodology for construction. Conducted critical pre-installation conferences with contractors, sub-contractors, and key stakeholders, negotiating best-possible project progression.

Monitoring of look ahead program and review of critical path regularly for progress. Monitored performance of site against specific schedules (Agile practice) and man-hour budgets.

Collaboration with construction administration consultants to schedule field observations.

Developed and implemented strategies to increase productivity and profitability.

Assurance of resource management like material, desire manpower and machineries available at site.

Monitoring and reviewing budget, incurred cost and time of project.

Mitigating project risks by working closely with staff members and assessing performance.

Providing mentorship, coaching and team building to keep staff suitably trained and competent.

Promote best practice in health, safety and environment in conjunction with HSE department.

Enforcing quality procedures for all temporary and permanent construction and installation activities.

Must be Proficient in MS office, AutoCAD, Primavera and Revit optimization tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼30,000.00 per month

  • Bachelors (Required)

Experience:

  • Head of Construction Projects: 10 years (Required)

  • Arabic (Required)
