In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the security operations within the hospitality establishment. You will work closely with the security team to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the daily security operations within the hospitality establishment.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property.
- Supervise and train security personnel, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Implement and enforce security protocols, procedures, and regulations.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols to identify and address security risks.
- Respond to and resolve security incidents and emergencies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and management, to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests.
- Update and maintain security logs, incident reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Stay informed about current security trends and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and supervision skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
