Fracturing and Stimulation Supervisors
Our client in Saudi Arabia requires a number of Fracturing Supervisors for long-term rotational work. Responsibilities of the Fracturing and Stimulation Supervisor:
  • Oversee and coordinate fracturing operations to ensure the safe and efficient extraction of hydrocarbons from reservoirs.
  • Determine equipment and materials required for each operations.
  • Conduct pre-job meetings with field personnel to review safety procedures, job objectives, and responsibilities.
  • Maintain communication with onsite personnel, as well as offsite support teams, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimise risk.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of English is required.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic fracturing techniques.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
  • Previous experience working in the Middle East is an advantage.
