We are now calling on all 3PL Partnership Executive Heroes! OTO is currently on the hunt for a seasoned 3PL Partnership Executive to join our team! Bring your A-game, expertise, and enthusiasm & join us in driving OTOs growth into the MENA Market! Join us and lets conquer new horizons together!

• Develop and Manage Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the logistics sector;
• Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations and close partnership deals that align with OTO’s objectives and growth strategies;
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives;
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities, and stay informed about industry trends and competitors;
• Contract Management: Oversee the development and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring compliance and mutual benefit;
• Delivery Company Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction and exploring avenues for mutual growth.

For this role, it is essential that have

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the e-commerce, logistics, and retail industries
  
• Experience: Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the technology or e-commerce sector 3 Years Minimum
  
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team
  
Initiative: Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently
