· Oversee all Operations and Maintenance of FM (facility maintenance) activities/contracts and verify that it

is being conducted safely and to the passengers and the Employer’s satisfaction.

· Responsible for measuring Contractor’s performance, must be capable of evaluating and adjusting

performance where and when required.

· Monitor and control the execution of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance and cleaning activities to ensure the effective operation of whole building.

· Conducts regular inspections of the building(s) and contracts and drive initiative-taking resolutions to ensure the standards are always maintained.

· Review with Facility Management Team, any remedial action related to non-conformance or non- performance of service providers and ensures all statutory requirements are fulfilled and up to date.

· Prepares scheduled and ad-hoc reports for senior management and prepares presentations and analysis as may be required from time to time.

· On-site implementation of health and safety regulations to ensure safe working conditions and a safe working environment, to reduce risks, incidents, and accidents.

· Organizes meetings with vendors to drive overall site management.

· Review the contractors’ procedures and processes developed in collaboration with the Clients Consultant,

ensure compliant with industry best practice requirements and SGG 20 or equivalent.

· Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

Any duties as deemed required and inspired by direct line management
