Banquet Chef (Arabic cuisine )

Embark on a journey with us as a Banquet Chef specializing in Arabic cuisine at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carliton Almoaibed Hotel). We are in search of candidates with ambition, talent, and essential skills. This role requires someone with primary responsibility for leading the banquet kitchen and ensuring the delivery of authentic and exceptional Arabic dishes.

A little of your day-to-day:

• Develops and creates traditional and contemporary Arabic menus for banquets and special events.
• Manages and supervises the banquet kitchen team, ensuring all members are trained and performing at their best.
• Inspects all banquet dishes upon completion to ensure they have been prepared correctly and attractively.
• Oversees the procurement of ingredients, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintains high standards of hygiene and safety in the banquet kitchen.
• Collaborates with the executive chef and other culinary team members to ensure seamless integration of Arabic cuisine into the overall menu.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

• Proven experience as a Banquet Chef specializing in Arabic cuisine in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
• Exceptional ability to create and develop a variety of Arabic dishes for large events.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Comprehensive knowledge of traditional and modern Arabic cooking techniques and ingredients.
