About us:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Sports Specialties. As a Fitness Coach and Pilates instructor for our international franchise (Orangetheory Fitness /Club Pilates ) , guiding the client towards achieving their fitness goals, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable workout experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients current fitness level and track their progress over time.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during their workouts, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to complement their fitness goals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research to continuously improve and enhance clients workout experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition.
- Assist with marketing and promoting fitness programs and events to attract new clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitness Coach or Personal Trainer. Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred.
- Certified Personal Trainer through a recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong motivational and coaching abilities.
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
