To effectively engage members with mental health services, develop and execute strategic plans for mental health engagement and service delivery that align with Bupa Horizons mission and goals. Additionally, identify opportunities for program expansion, improvement, and innovation in mental health care while ensuring optimal member relationships and retention within the Bupa Horizon organization.

Leadership and Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Bupa Care Connects mental health initiatives, outlining goals, objectives, clinical pathways, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategies & seamless transitions to improve mental health engagement and service delivery

Program Development

• Identify gaps in mental health engagement and develop innovative programs or initiatives to address those needs.
• Ensure that clinical pathways and services are evidence-based, effective, and aligned with best practices.
• Oversee the implementation and evaluation of mental health engagement and service delivery, making necessary adjustments as needed

Quality Assurance, and data analytics and Compliance

• Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices in mental health engagement and service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services through data analysis, client feedback, and outcome measures.
• Member Retention Optimization as it is crucial for the sustainability and growth of membership-based for Bupa Horizon.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

• Stay updated on emerging trends, research, and advancements in mental health care.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and implementing evidence-based practices.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services to meet evolving community needs.
• Ensure utilization technology as a comprehensive set of tools, devices and software that are designed to promote and support mental health engagement and service delivery,
• As Digital Health will utilize advanced technologies to monitor, assess and manage individual’s health proactively along with the member’s health outcomes.
