Position Objective:
Efficiently coordinate technical projects by providing administrative support to managers, facilitating seamless communication among stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to documentation standards and safety protocols.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative assistance to the technical assurance & project managers.
Work within the wider Telecom Infrastructure Team to understand the team’s project administrative needs and any future requirements.
Work with the Technical Assurance, Project & Program Managers to coordinate meetings/workshops with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate engineering & project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Support in generating technical & project documentation and reporting.
Help prepare budgets.
Support procurement activities.
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
Support documentation control and management.
Take care of your own and other’s health and safety.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Telecom or Civil Engineering.
8+ years of Telecom industry experience, specializing in project coordination and management of Telecom Network construction, survey, and rollout.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
