We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Office Admin / Coordinator for our client which operates in technology sector.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the seamless operation of the office.
- Assist in financial and sales operations, including communication with the Head Quarter.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely distribution and response.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Prioritize and handle incoming requests and inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the team.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of office-related services.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by setting up workstations and providing necessary equipment and resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field is preferred,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both in Arabic and English, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
