  • Manage and administer Project Agreements of various assets to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions and ensure alerts are raised timely for the needed action.
  • Support the team members of various assets as and when required in respect to day-to-day contract management and administration in a proactive manner.
  • Provide support and assistance with drafting and issuing contractual notices and correspondence and maintain contractual registers.
  • Prepare and maintain registers related with the project administration including but not limited to variation, claims, increased cost, approvals/ licences for the assets which are under construction.
  • Prepare and maintain the registers of claims, increased cost and major disputes with the various off taker(s) for the assets which are operational.
  • Provide assistance to the Project Companies on commercial matters as and when required
  • Assist the team members in disclosure of material developments to the D&T committee.

Skills
  • Administrating multiple contract agreements.
  • Good knowledge of financial, commercial, and contractual matters.
  • Good knowledge of drafting and issuing contractual letters, notices, agreements and amendment to the various project agreements.
  • Good knowledge of contract law.
  • Good knowledge of design, engineering, construction, commissioning and operation and maintenance
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
