Job Description First point of contact for users who are experiencing IT issues. This role requires a service-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve technical problems. The analyst will provide support and guidance to users, ensuring the efficient operation of the organizations IT infrastructure.

  • Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issues.
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
  • Update user data and produce activity reports.
  • Walk customers through problem-solving processes.
  • Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure.
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements.
