Your role
Were seeking a Program Manager for our Partner Experience team. As a Program Manager, you will be crucial in managing the lifecycle of projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and adapting to evolving project needs.
Drawing on your proficiency in onboarding, payments and support you will be responsible for all projects being completed on time, and meet high-quality standards. This role will also involve monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and enhancing partner experiences by tailoring projects to meet specific needs to create unique experiences only Tamara can provide.
With a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams you will collaborate with a diverse ecosystem of operations, designers, analysts, product experts, and other team members to leverage process design, dive deep into complex problems and ultimately revolutionize the way our partners grow.

Your responsibilities
- Work closely with product, operations, design, finance, and legal teams to align project goals with company objectives
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables
- SLA Monitoring: Track and ensure compliance with SLAs across all teams, identifying and addressing any issues that arise
- Focus on enhancing partner experiences by understanding their needs and customizing projects accordingly
- Oversee the merchant onboarding process as part of partner experience management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements
Your expertise
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certification (PMP, Agile) is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a cross-functional environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of various business functions such as product development, operations, design, finance, and legal
