POSITION SUMMARY


You will be responsible for quality control microbiology testing of product materials and purified water as well as performing environmental monitoring.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform and document in-house microbiological testing on raw materials, semi-finish and finish product according to the established standard operating procedures and approved protocols.
  • Prepare necessary standards, solutions, reagents, media, and samples for sample analysis.
  • Accurately record observations and perform data reviews and release inspection lot in the material management system.
  • Operates and maintains laboratory instruments, while ensuring the reliability of instrumentation through proper maintenance, with ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Must participate and lead continuous improvement using lean principles to assist with streamlining and making the laboratory efficient.
  • Adhere to the Nestle SHE always rules and procedures during the working hours to ensure own and others safety.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or Food Sciences or related field
  • 1 – 2 years of QC laboratory experience or fresh graduated.
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent English communication skills
