About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design compelling visual content for a variety of platforms including digital ads, social media, emails, and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive and appealing visual storytelling.
• Maintain and expand the companys brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Translate complex ideas into visually engaging and clear graphics.
• Review and proof designs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Provide input during brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for approval.
• Adjust designs based on feedback, ensuring final graphics are appealing and on-brand.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Ability to take constructive criticism and iterate based on feedback.
