• Contribute to the development and implementation of talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Support leadership in identifying talent gaps and creating tailored development programs.
• Assist in managing performance management processes, including performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and career progression planning.
• Help design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and increase employee satisfaction.
• Analyze workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for improving talent management practices.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure alignment of talent strategies with organizational goals.
• Support succession planning and career development frameworks to support organizational growth and sustainability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management.
• Assist in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience gained through internships or early career roles in talent management, employee development, or performance management is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Proficiency in HR software systems is a plus.
